do you ever just realize how much God loves you? Today, I understood that God has always been there for me, even when I think He's not. Through witnessing to a friend, this became extremely real to me. My friend thinks God cannot forgive certain sins, and that God is against people when bad things come their way. In all honesty, God is so much bigger than the worst sin anyone can think of, and has no problem forgiving them. That's how much God loves us.
Please pray for my friend, as they're really not sure of what to think about God right now. They need God more than anything, but only wants to believe what they can see.

modgnik is over :(
so...
i'm really disappointed modgnik doesn't last longer, but it was so much fun! click the link for pics:
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=89127&id=541891365&l=440ed6bbe7
well, we didn't really take very many pics, and they were only on the car ride there, but at least it's something!
i'd have to say my favorite modgnik experience was definitely talking politics with a few other kids. or maybe it was running around between the dance party, the fire pit, and anywhere else we could find at midnight with wanangwa, peter, and evan. creek hopping with jeanne was also tons of fun! i really wish i had taken pictures of the whole weekend.
but, it's all back to reality now-i'm currently taking a break from a research essay in my western civ class about the everyday life of classical greeks. yep, nose back in the books. better get back to that!
if you went on modgnik, let me know what your favorite part of the weekend was-i'd love to hear all about it! :)
